After experiencing a major depressive episode, I realized how isolating and overwhelming it can be to navigate life’s challenges alone. I wanted to build a community where people could find resources, encouragement, and real conversations about mental well-being, all while discovering the benefits of what has helped me—including the powerful impact of Enagic water.

From a young age, I've always been captivated by the magic of horses and the serene beauty of nature. I spent my childhood days exploring the countryside, forging a deep connection with the land and its creatures. As I grew older, I found myself drawn to nurturing this passion through gardening, particularly cultivating vibrant irises and fragrant roses that grace my sanctuary.

In my career as an administrative assistant in local government, I've navigated the intricacies of bureaucracy while yearning for more fulfilling pursuits. Now, as I approach a new chapter in life, I am committed to rediscovering my passions, prioritizing my health, and building a life of true freedom.
